Abstract instruction guidelines
Please read below instruction carefully before starting the abstract submission
The submitting author should always be the presenting author.
Presentation method: Oral presentation or Poster presentation. Select poster only if you do not want your abstract to be considered for oral presentation. If your abstract is not accepted for Oral presentation it can be automatically transferred to poster presentation.
The submitting author is required to ensure that all co-authors have approved the submission and have agreed to the abstract content.
Note that you are allowed to submit one abstract per person
Abstract content:
The title of the abstract should contain maximum 25 words
Abstract should be no longer than 300 words
All abstracts should be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling
Prizes: All accepted abstracts are eligible for the Conference prizes. Please indicate in the submission form if you would like your abstract, if accepted, to be considered for any Conference prizes.
Abstract submission terms
By submitting an abstract, you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below.
The submitting author is responsible for the accuracy of the abstract and should ensure that they have submitted original research which does not infringe any copyright
The submitting author should be the presenting author, and should be available to present at the conference. If the presenting author does not register by the given deadline, the abstract/presentation van be withdrawn from the programme.
On behalf of all authors, the submitting author agrees to give EMDS permission to publish, reproduce, distribute, display and store the abstract, together with the author names, organisation details and summary where supplied, in any format including print, electronic and digital. Accepted abstracts can be published prior to, during and after the conference.
