Cancellation policy
UvA Conferences and Events must be notified of cancellations in writing, via conference@uva.nl.
1. Cancellation on or before August 9, 2026: registration payment will be refunded (minus 50 euro administration costs)
2. Cancellation after August 9, 2026: no refunds will be possible.
